Following on the heels of Ebling’s popular annual health sciences students art show, countless employees of the health sciences schools and institutions wondered when they would have a chance to show their creative sides. That time is now! Please join us for the Opening Reception of “In Our Spare Time,” the Health Sciences Faculty and Staff Art Exhibit, Thursday, September 27th from 4:00-6:00.
You will see accomplished paintings by a pediatrician, lovely quilts by department administrators, printmaking by emeritus veterinary faculty, detailed insect photography from hospital cafeteria staff, works by Ebling Library’s staff, collages by counselors, fabric works by the staff at Waisman…the range of mediums and the representation of the west side of UW campus artists is impressive. The exhibit runs until December 31st, 2012. Exhibit and reception in Ebling’s Reading Room and 3rd floor Galleries. 750 Highland Ave. Madison
