UW Science Expeditions…In the HSLC

This Sunday, April 3rd, join countless scientists, clinicians, health sciences students, researchers, postdocs, and outreach specialists while they demonstrate the work they are doing at UW. The 14th Annual UW Science Expeditions is open to the public from 10:00-2:00 in the Health Sciences Learning Center Atrium at 750 Highland Ave.

Last year nearly 700 children and their families toured the UW Hospital’s Clinical Simulation Program and visited “Exploration Stations” highlighting UW’s health science and clinical research. Ebling Library will have a Station, where you can learn how to optimally find health care resources. Across the street, in the UW School of Nursing, there will be additional Exploration Stations, and at 2:00 Madison’s “Truly Incredible Loon” will be entertaining in the Signe Skott Cooper Hall. Please join us this year, it promises to be, as always, full of “I never knew that ” moments. For additional information click here.
