Ebling’s chat service is a popular way to get a quick question answered or start a longer conversation that may continue with email or become a face to face meeting. Whether it’s a quick factual question or a detailed research inquiry, we can offer assistance.

Access our chat service on any of the Ebling Library website pages through
Ebling librarians staff our chat service Monday – Friday from 9 am – 4:30 pm and on weekends from 10:30 am – 5:30 pm. After hours your chat will roll over to the UW-Madison College Library staff. They will attend to your question or will leave a message for us to get back to you the next day. Give our chat service a try. We’d love to hear from you!
