In February 2013, the Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP) released a memorandum calling for all federal agencies with more than $100 million in R&D expenditures to submit and implement a plan for making publications and data resulting from funded research available to the public. The memorandum applies to 24 federal agencies.
In the last few months, many agencies have released information about their approved processes for OSTP Public Access requirements. The Ebling Library has created a website that reviews that information.
