5. Viewing and Using Your Search History

The History feature can be used if, for instance, you've done several searches and would like to combine them. For instance, you'd like to see any papers written by Dodick on Sumatriptan. You've already done separate searches on each item. To combine your searches:

  • Select the History tab below the search box (in the same row as the Limits button).
  • In the search box, enter the numbers of the search sets you want to combine (shown circled, below) connecting them with AND (and preceded by #) See below for an example.
  • Click Go.

For this search you should get 14 results.
