Troubleshooting Electronic Reserves
• The Reserves page on MyUW is out of date.
Always log in to My UW to obtain the most current e-reserves content. Do not use a bookmarked URL.
• The link to my reading is not working.
PDF documents (most e-reserves) require a current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
PowerPoint slides require the PowerPoint Viewer [PC] | PowerPoint Viewer [Mac].
• I can't get my reading to print.
If this is a PDF, print from within Adobe Acrobat Reader instead of using your web browser print function. [show me]. Note that PDF files can take a long time to print, due to large file sizes.
