Historical Services Biography Files

The Historical Services Unit maintains biographical information on people with significant contributions to the field of health sciences. These files include original newspaper clippings, reprints, obituaries, photographs, and other information. The files do not include private papers or correspondence from the person of interest, nor are they comprehensive or all properly dated. You are welcome to use the biography files whenever Historical Services staff are available. If you are unable to visit the Ebling Library in person, please send an inquiry to eblinghistorical at library.wisc.edu. Please include any additional information that might help locate the information you are seeking. An alphabetical list of names is below.

AIHP Kremers Reference Files are located at the American Institute of the History of Pharmacy. These items do not reside at the Ebling Library. These items should be requested via email at AIHP at AIHP.org or by contacting them at (608) 262-5378.
