Ebling Library Purchase Request Form

Use this form if you have a book, journal, database, website or other resource (in print or electronic format) you would like to see added to the collection of the Ebling Library. If you have trouble using this form please send your request via email to eblingpurchasereq at library.wisc.edu.

All requests will be considered and evaluated based on our selection policies, budget, and other factors. You will be notified of the purchase decision if you wish.  Please note that it can take up to 4-6 weeks for books and 3-4 months for serials or databases to be added to the collection once the decision to purchase has been made.  We appreciate your patience.
