Evidence shows that enjoying the arts outside of work or coursework greatly impacts empathy and helps broaden one's views, which has been demonstrated to enhance one’s educational experiences, foster creativity in research endeavors, and facilitate compassion when interacting with colleagues, patients, and the public.
The Ebling Library and Building Community now offer book and film discussions for health science students, staff, and faculty. See below for schedule and feel free to register to join an online discussion! A limited number of books via in print or via Kindle may become available.
