Help & Tips
- Make sure you enter your email address correctly – we cannot recover scans sent to the wrong email.
- Use a wisc.edu or Gmail email account if possible. Other accounts such as Hotmail have storage problems with large PDF files.
- Pay attention to file sizes – you may need to break a large number of originals into separate scan jobs.
- Check your email before you leave to see if the scan is there.
