Article & Book Delivery is the University of Wisconsin-Madison interlibrary loan and document delivery service.

Am I Eligible?

  • Article & Book Delivery is available to all UW-Madison faculty, staff, students, other appointments, and affiliates with a valid Wiscard (UW-Madison Campus ID Card).
  • If you are not affiliated with UW-Madison, please our Services for Non-Affiliates.

What Can I Request?

  • Online document delivery of journal articles in 1-3 business days (typical).
  • Interlibrary loans of books and other materials delivered in 1-3 weeks (typical).

Am I Eligible?

  • Have an active UW-Madison library or Health Patron card account.
  • Located in the AFCH, CSC, HSLC, MFCB, School of Pharmacy, UWHC, VA, Waisman Center, WARF or WIMR.
  • Have a secure mailbox (and a way of getting material into that box during business hours), or an office to which we can deliver.

  • Any book in Ebling Library's collection
  • Any item requested for pickup at Ebling Library through the Book Retrieval service.
