During this workshop attendees will acquire a fundamental knowledge of how to use Zotero, including how to create an account, install tools, create and edit citations, attach PDFs to citations, create and share collections, and use the Microsoft Word plugin.

This workshop will introduce some key EndNote Desktop functions such as: creating a new library; importing citations; organizing, managing, and sharing citations; using the Microsoft Word plug-in; and using the Cite While You Write plugin for Google Docs. This workshop will use the new EndNote 2025 release, but will also be applicable to EndNote 21 users.
