Office space, computers and printing – Access to School of Nursing research offices, computers, network drives, printers and IT help If you will be using a computer in a faculty member’s research office, the faculty member will submit a request to facilities and IT to authorize your access. Facilities will contact you to obtain a key to the office space. IT will get the computer set up, grant you access to folders or files on the network (as needed), and set up your printing preferences. Access to shared secured physical storage Please talk with your faculty researcher to discuss how to access shared, secured storage (like file cabinets, etc.)
Using shared drives and collaboration tools Learn which collaboration tools are best for you – This site will help you learn the difference between Google docs, Box, OneDrive and DoIT Shared Drive so you can use the right tools for your work.
