Data Carpentry Workshop

This is a great opportunity for collegial learning in the new Interactive Learning Rooms in the Health Sciences Learning Center!

This hands-on Data Carpentry workshop teaches basic concepts, skills and tools for working more effectively with health science related data. The workshop is for any researcher who has data they want to analyze, and no prior computational experience is required. Event hosted by the Data Science Hub

Please register early, as the workshop is open to the entire campus. Registration fee covers morning coffee, lunch is available at the UW Hospital Cafeteria, a short walk away.

The Basics:

When: Tuesday and Wednesday, June 11-12, from 8:30 am- 4:30 pm, both days.

Where: Health Sciences Learning Center (HSLC) 750 Highland Ave.

Rooms: Interactive Learning Center at HSLC, 3rd floor, Rooms 3110 A & C (accessible from the elevator on the 1st floor, then exit elevator and take 1st right, if you’ve come into the Ebling Library, you have gone too far. There will be signs.)
