Your colleagues at Ebling Library are happy to announce that Katie Davis has been named our new Ebling Library Project Assistant. Katie has a BA from Boston University and is just starting her second year at UW’s iSchool. During her first year in Madison, Katie worked as one of Ebling’s iSchool reference assistants.
We are delighted to have Katie in this new role, helping us usher in a new chapter for Ebling’s public services, and allowing us to continue to remain nimble and flexible as we offer our services in an accommodating “new normal.” Katie has been a steady presence at the library throughout this pandemic, ever eager to help our patrons and learn as much as she can about librarianship, and always offering superb customer service. In short, Katie will be a wonderful fit. Katie’s official start date is today August 23rd!
