Study Hall Hours FAQ (Fri. & Sat. Nights)

Eligible students and staff have access to study hall hours using either their UW Health ID or Wiscard. The card reader is located just  outside Ebling Library’s front door.

FAQs

Study hall is open to students of the schools of medicine, nursing, pharmacy, veterinary medicine, as well as students in the kinesiology, physical therapy and occupational therapy programs.

Study Hall Hours are from 5:45 pm to 11:00 pm on Friday and Saturday nights during the Fall and Spring semesters.

Students without a Wiscard or UW Health ID must leave the library at 5:45 pm on Fridays and Saturdays.

Students with HSLC entry permissions may enter the library after 5:45 pm by using the library’s front door badge reader. Medical students should use their UW Health badge. All others must use their Wiscard.

Badges and Wiscards permit entry to the individual listed on the badge – no exceptions.

Users should contact the study hall monitor with any badge or Wiscard concerns.
