With the expansion of public access mandates to NIH and 23 other federal agencies, Ebling Library staff are ready to help you with compliance!
In February 2013, the Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP) released a memorandum calling for all federal agencies with more than $100 million in R&D expenditures to submit and implement a plan for making publications and data resulting from funded research available to the public. The memorandum applies to 24 federal agencies.
In the last few months, many agencies have released information about their approved processes for OSTP Public Access requirements. The Ebling Library has created a website that reviews that information.
The Public Access Team at Ebling Library is happy to help you with the steps you need to take to comply with these new public access mandates. Questions? Contact the Ebling Public Access Team at: publicaccess at hsl.wisc.edu
