We hope you had a restorative summer. For those returning to campus, Ebling undoubtedly looks very different. For those using Ebling for the first time, you will see some distinctly non-library “action” going on. We have been under demolition and reconstruction since mid June. There are different timetables for how quickly our new, enhanced spaces will be usable.
Depending on the day, the Historical Reading Room on the 3rd floor may be the quietest area. The group study rooms, also on the 3rd floor should be available shortly, with enhanced technology. There are earplugs near the front entrance and on the 3rd floor. Though our space, especially the quiet space is evolving, our services remain the same. Whether you need a laptop, a book, help with a database search, inter library loan, a tutorial on a citation manager like EndNote or, a view of the lake while you study, please, just ask. Exciting things to come!
