Our first Art show for the 2010-2011 season has been a huge hit with students and visitors alike. Adrienne is a local artist and musician who renders the most wonderful mixed media/oil paintings in colors that POP, subjects that resonate, and compositions that…sing. Her farm buildings, dogs and portraits drew excited onlookers at the recent Madison Art Fair off the Square, and now she will be showing in Ebling until October 4th. Adrienne’s affordable oils (part of the sale of which goes to the Friends of the Health Sciences Library), rendered on re-purposed cabinet board would make a lively addition to a new or existent art collection. msullivan@library.wisc.edu for more information.
